The Board of Directors is the body in charge of governing the operation of the Foundation and overseeing the implementation of its resolutions and programs. The Board of Directors is comprised of distinguished scientists, researchers and eminent figures actively engaged in fields related to science and technology. The Board is made up of no less than 7 and no more than 13 members, including the President. In forming the Board, balance will be observed between scientists from inside and outside the Arab world, scientific specializations, geographical areas of the Arab world, and periodicity of membership.
