For the second year in the Arabian business magazine, and from the most important 500 characters in the Arab world for 2012

The well-known Arabian business magazine declared in Sunday 10th June 2012, the names of top 500 powerful and influential characters in the Arab World for 2012, for the second year respectively. Prince Walid Bin Talal from Saudi occupied the first rank, and the second goes for Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saied from emirates.

For the Arab Scientists, the list includes little no. of scientists, led by Dr. Charles Al Ashay, Dr. Farouk Albaz, and Dr. Abdalla Alnajjar, who occupied 151 rank in the list of 500 characters, also other well-known scientists included in the list of 500, who are: Dr. Ahmed Zewil, Dr. Magdy yacoub, Dr. Samia Al Amoudi, and others.

In the next issue, we will offer you more analysis and details about science and technology sectors in the list of the most powerful and influential characters in the Arab World, which indicated that about 52% from the Arab Scientists, live aboard.

On this occasion, Dr. Ghada M. Amer and all ASTF’s stuff presented their congratulation wishes for Dr. Abdalla Alnajjar for this honored position as he considered from the Arab scientists and leaders in the field of Science and Technology, that have respectable position in global and regional level, and source of honor and pride for all ASTF’s stuff.

Especially this year is the second year respectively that the judging committee of Arabian business magazine chose Dr. Abdalla Alnajjar to be from the most powerful and influence characters in the Arab World, among areas census reached to 400 million.
